Annual Fundraiser Rules & Regulations

OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and by the decision of the Davis Memorial Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charity. All net proceeds of the drawing will benefit the foundations’ programs, TICKETS: The price of each ticket is $100. A maximum of 750 tickets will be sold. PRIZES: The following prizes will be awarded: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive their choice of a 2011 Mercedes-Benz C300 Sports Sedan (in 2011, the Davis Memorial Foundation will pay no more than MSRP of $33,990) - or- $25,000 in U.S. Currency. Winner DOES NOT have to be present to win. One (1) Second Prize winner will receive a $500 Southwest Airlines Voucher. Winner MUST be present to win. One (1) Third Prize winner will receive a $250 Southwest Airlines Voucher. Winner MUST be present to win. ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER: All persons 18 years and older are eligible to purchase tickets with the exception of the following: Trustees and staff of the Davis Memorial Foundation. DRAWING: Winners will be selected on Tuesday, June 7 @ 5:45pm in the WSRCA/Davis Memorial Foundation booth on the tradeshow floor at the Western Roofing Expo 2011 @ the Peppermill Resort & Casino in Reno, Nevada. PUBLICITY RELEASE: Each official winner, by accepting their prize, grants full permission to use those winners’ names and photos for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation. PURCHASE DEADLINES: Tickets purchased by mail must be received in the WSRCA office no later than June 1, 2011. Tickets received after this date in the WSRCA office mail MAY BE returned after the drawing. Tickets may be purchased on-site until June 7, 2011 @ 5:30pm. All ticket stubs will be deposited into a tumbler and selected by an appointed person.
